Shipping Information

Free shipping on all orders. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail. For orders over $100, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email that you can use to track your package to your delivery address. You should expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days; 7-10 days for special order and out-of-stock items. All orders of $750 or more require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Your cards will arrive in a 6″ x 9″ envelope.  You will receive an email confirming your purchase details, and another email with shipment notification and USPS tracking number sent to the billing email address associated with the account used for payment.

Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits

All cards are plastic cards in the form of either a gift card or merchandise credit. The total value may be spread out over two or more cards. We do not email the gift card numbers at this time but may offer this in the future. Contact us for special requests.

Return Policy

You may return any unused card to us within 30 days for a full refund. Upon verification of the card balance(s), we will issue a refund to the account from which payment was received.

Privacy Policy

We collect your billing and shipping address information in order to submit your transaction to Authorize.Net or Dwolla, as well as to make repeat transactions easier for you. We promise not to share your personal information with anyone else. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your credit card or bank account information, including the card or account number, card expiration date, and any security codes. All credit card or bank account number information is collected on Authorize.net or Dwolla in a secure transaction and is only used there. It is not returned, provided, or made available to us in its entirety; only the first 4 digits and/or the last 4 digits of the account number, which are provided to us by Authorize.Net, Dwolla, or our merchant account provider, along with the rest of the transaction details. The rest of the credit card or bank account number is displayed to us as X’s. The bottom line is this: we do not know your credit card or bank account number, nor do we wish to know! You provide that information to Authorize.Net, or Dwolla in a secure transaction, and it is not revealed to us in its entirety at any time.

Selling Gift Cards

By selling your gift cards to us, you guarantee that the cards were obtained legally and that the balances will remain intact. If there are any problems with the cards you sell to us, you agree to refund the sale price of the cards.
